Returns with No Awkward Questions
If you need to return your purchase to us for any reason, within 14 days, we will refund the cost of the goods (less postage) with no questions. We can send out a different size, subject to a standard charge of £8.50 - this just covers the cost of carriage.
All we ask is that you send the goods in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Please don’t forget to put your details in with the returned goods so that we know who you are!
This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Our Privacy Policy and Your Details
Woolsthorpe Wellies needs to collect certain details from you in order to process your order and payment. We will not share that information with any third parties. We would like to keep you informed occasionally of any special offers and new products via email, but if you would rather not receive this information please email us at info@woolsthorpewellies.co.uk with the word STOP in the subject line. Your details will be removed from our database within 7 days.
Our Website Details and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that our products are described accurately and that the images are a fair representation. We are not responsible for any slight manufacturers changes that may occur beyond our control. We will keep our price information updated, but if there are any variations by the manufacturers we will contact you before despatching any products that may be affected.
All of our products are shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5% in the UK. Our VAT registration number is 883 1847 90.
Payments
Online payments are processed at the time of ordering, by a third party. If your order is ‘out of stock’ or there is any unusual hold-up, we will contact you as quickly as possible and discuss the delay. You may decide to opt for a full refund at this point.
Payment is accepted by post with a cheque. Please send full details of your purchase, including make and model, colour (if applicable) and size, your cheque made payable to ‘Woolsthorpe Wellies’ and your full postal address with contact telephone number. We will need to ensure payment has cleared before despatching any goods paid for by cheque.

Delivery
We will normally process your order within 7 days of receipt, but because of the nature of our business, orders could take up to 21 days to reach you. If this is unacceptable for any reason, please call us on 01476 879090. If we find that your purchase is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the possible delay. You may opt for a full refund at this point.
We utilise the services of a courier to deliver your purchases and they will require a signature on delivery. We are happy to send your order to another address, a neighbour or a workplace.

Your Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our products, made from the best quality materials by the finest craftspeople. All of our stock carries a full 12-month guarantee against defects of materials and workmanship.
However, if your purchase is faulty in any way, please return the goods to us. We will, in turn, send them directly to the manufacturer for assessment. If a fault is detected, we will refund your money in full, including postage costs (to a maximum of £8), or send a replacement to you free of charge. We do ask, however, that before returning footwear to us, that it is thoroughly cleaned.
If your purchase is damaged on it’s way to you, please call us immediately and we will take up the matter with the courier and ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.
