Shipping Guide

We will normally process your order within 2 working days of receipt, but because of the nature of our business, during the event season orders could take up to 14 days to reach you. If you require your purchase to arrive quickly for any reason, please contact us to discuss your requirements on 01476 879090. If we find that your purchase is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the possible delay. You may opt for a full refund at this point.

We utilise the services of a courier to deliver most of your purchases and they will require a signature on delivery. We are happy to send your order to another address, a neighbour or a workplace. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to request that the courier leaves your delivery without a signature, Woolsthorpe Wellies cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing orders once delivered.

Delivery is charged at £5 per consignment or £2 for smaller items that can be posted in the UK. Orders over £100 will be post free.

We will send orders outside the UK and the carriage charge will reflect this and be calculated for each order. Please contact us for a quotation.

Orders from outside the EU will not normally be subject to VAT (currently 20% in the UK) but may incur import duty at the destination country. Any duty is the responsibility of the customer and Woolsthorpe Wellies cannot be held responsible for any delays or charges of this nature.
